Here are some resources that you might find of interest. Use your own judgment if you choose to pursue any of these resources—what is helpful to one person may not be a fit for your relationship.

  • Gott sex: A website by the Gottman Institute based on couple research about sexual intimacy.
  • Shared Couple’s Trance: A hypnosis CD by Michelle Ritterman for couples to use together to increase intimacy and passion.
  • Sex Smart Films: A resource for obtaining films and information about sexuality and sexual response.
  • Sex Help: A resource for help with sexual addictions. Includes free online tests to assess whether sexual behaviors have become a problem. Specific tests separate online sexual addiction issues from other areas of sexually complusive behavior.

  • Discovering Your Couple Sexual Style, A book by Barry and Emily McCarthy (2009).
